Important information from ARC concerning Spanair credit card refunds (31 Jan 2012)

ARC was just informed that effective immediately, Spanair is no longer able to process Visa, MasterCard or American Express transactions. As a result, ARC will error in IAR all Spanair refund transactions with Visa, MasterCard or American Express as the form of payment for PED Jan. 29, 2012 and PED Feb. 5, 2012. ARC will continue to process cash refunds until further notice.


For questions concerning refunds, agents can direct customers to their credit card issuer or to Spanair.
